Hello dear friends :)
I hope you all find yourselves happy and healthy on this beautiful Wednesday afternoon. :)
As per usual here are the announcements about what is happening in our wonderful community:
Nav Night will be tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7pm in the Student Center Room 320. :)
Instead of the traditional bible study structure, this week we will be having a bible study fun night immediately following Nav Night! :) I hope you all enjoy each other's company and make some memories worth remembering. :)
Our Spring Break Trip (March 19-24) will be to Camp Barefoot Republic in Kentucky. It will involve service, fellowship, and fun! See the Facebook page for more details. :) The deadline to signup is Thursday, February 11th. To be considered officially signed up, you must fill out this Google Form and have paid your $50 deposit. Deposits will be accepted this week and next at Nav Night. If you are unable to make it to Nav Night and would like to pay your deposit, please talk to Amy May for more information. :)
The deadline to register for The Smokey Mountain Summer Training Program with the Navigators this summer is Saturday, February 20th. This is a great opportunity to invest your summer in growing in your relationship with God. We encourage you to prayerfully consider how you will spend your summer. Spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to apply soon. See the website for more information and details. :)
On Thursday, February 18th we will not be having Nav Night and Bible Studies. Instead we will be going to the Veritas Forum together. It will be in the Student Center Ballroom at 8pm. The Veritas Forum at Georgia Tech exists to provide opportunities for the entire university community to explore and discuss life's hardest questions together. The topic this semester will be: "Saving Technology: Is it our only hope?"
Last, but certainly not least, a Big, Birthday Shoutout to our very own Amy May! :D Happy Happy Birthday, beautiful lady! We are so thankful for you and hope you have the most spectacular day! :)
For I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel that was proclaimed by me is not of human origin; for I did not receive it from a human source, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ. -Galatians 1:11-12 :)
