[GT Navs] Navs Weekly News

Happy Thursday!

-Nav Night is tonight at 8:00 pm in room 319 of the Student Center. We are having a Peer Leader forum, where a few current Nav students and Nav alumni will share their experience serving freshman and making disciples as a Peer Leader.

-Intramurals: Congrats to the volleyball team on their win last Sunday! Our next game is this Sunday, November 9, at 7:00 pm in the CRC against Luigi.

-Senior night gathering: Mark your calendars for Friday, November 21. We are going to celebrate the seniors graduating in December with food, a fire, and fellowship. The seniors will have a chance to share some wisdom or things they learned during their college career.

-Christmas Party: We will have our annual Navs Christmas Party on Friday, December 5, at the Baileys' house. Each Bible study will be assigned to bring something, whether it's food, drinks, cups, plates, or game supplies. Also, everyone is encouraged to bring a white elephant gift, as there will be a white elephant gift exchange. Look out for a Facebook event!

Operation Christmas Child: We are taking part in Operation Christmas Child by putting together shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, accessories, and/or a personal note. Below is a link with more information about packing your shoebox. You can put your own shoebox together, or your Bible study can put one or a few shoeboxes together. The shoeboxes will be collected the week of November 16-22.

2 Timothy 3:16-17
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Have a great week!
